Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Far North District Council on 13 March 2002:
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section
14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council hereby resolves that the land held by the council in fee simple, and described in the Schedule be declared to be a local purpose (cemetery) reserve."

4001 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 70514. All C.T. 134D/702, together with a right of way created by Gazette Notice D. 619107.1 and subject to a right of way created by transfer D. 659348.1.
