Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as
a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Tasman District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale to be paid into the council's land subdivision reserves account, to be used or applied in or towards
the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.
