Pursuant to sections 117 (3) (a) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the stopped road described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby vested in the adjoining owners on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, and further declares that the land shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 82C/286, subject to section 308 (4) of the Local Government Act 1974, drainage easement in transfer 634578 and mortgage D. 611583.4.
