East Coast Road, Redvale, Parish of Okura
Pursuant to section 23 of the Public Works Act 1981,
notice is hereby given that the Rodney District Council
("the council"), proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto ("the land"):
? The land has been formally designated as road
("the PENLINK roading project") in accordance with the designation decision dated 18 December 1998, subject to the Consent Orders of the Environment Court dated 27 February 2001.
? The intended taking will enable the council to proceed with construction of the PENLINK roading project.
? The owners of the land and those persons with a registered interest in it have been served with notice of the council's intention to take the land and advised of their right to object.
Any other person having the right to object may send
a written objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Tribunals Division, Department for Courts, P.O. Box 5027, Wellington, within 20 working days after the date of publication of this notice.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice,
a public hearing will be held.
The objector will have the right to appear and be heard personally unless the objector otherwise requires.
Each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

All that piece of land containing 31.8997 hectares, being Sections 1, 2 and 3 on S.O. Plan 70765, being parts
Lot 1, D.P. 95984 and being part Allotment 1, Parish of Okura. Part certificate of title 80D/150, North Auckland Land Registry.
The land to be taken is situated at 1695-1697 East Coast Road, Redvale.
Copies of the plans may be viewed at the offices of
the Rodney District Council, 50 Centreway Road, Orewa.
