Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Timaru District Council on
14 February 2000:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Timaru District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Schedule be declared to be a recreation reserve."

422 square metres, being Lot 2, D.P. 76185. All certificate of title 43D/707.
