Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 and 120 (3), declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that firstly, Section 1, S.O. 303776 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 181/116, subject to mining permit embodied in register OT9D/604, and secondly, Section 2, S.O. 303776 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 262/241 Ltd., subject to mining permit embodied in Register OT9D/604.
