Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a
water supply easement in gross, as defined in paragraphs
2 and 5 of the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and is vested in the Far North District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
