Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga District Council declares that, pursuant to section 16 (2A) of
the Reserves Act 1977, the council, on 8 October 2001, approved the classification of the land described in
the Schedule as local purpose reserve (road), subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act.

1.0560 hectares, more or less, being area "A" on S.O. Plan 61823, and being part Lot 28, D.P. S. 81603, being part of the land contained in certificate of title 64B/344.
