Pursuant to Section 11 of the Housing Act 1955,
Her Excellency the Governor-General acting with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the access-way described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the publication of this Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, vest in the City of Christchurch and be under the control and management of the City of Christchurch.
