Land Acquired for a Scenic Reserve-Dickeys Road, Belfast, Christchurch City

Pursuant to sections 20 (1), 28 and 48 of the Public
Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a scenic reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) A right of way easement described in the Second Schedule is hereby acquired over the land described in
the Third Schedule to be held forever appurtenant to the land firstly described in the First Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) A right of way easement described in the Fourth Schedule is hereby acquired over the land described in
the Fifth Schedule to be held forever appurtenant to the land secondly described in the First Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
(d) A right to water stock described in the Sixth Schedule is hereby granted over the land described in
the Seventh Schedule to be held forever appurtenant to the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Second Schedule
Description of Right of Way Easement (Public Access)
The full, free, uninterrupted and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the grantee, its servants, tenants, agents, workmen, licensees and invitees (in common with the grantor, its tenants and any other person lawfully entitled so to do) from time to time and at all times by day and by night to go, pass and repass with or without carriages, vehicles, motor vehicles, machinery and implements of any kind, over and along the land over which the right of way is granted or created.

Fourth Schedule
