Under section 8 (1) (a) of the Forests (West Coast Accord) Act 2000, the Minister of Finance and the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises jointly declare that the land described in the Schedule is held under the Conservation Act 1987, for conservation purposes as conservation park, subject to that Act, and to be part of Victoria Conservation Park.
