Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Hauraki District Council saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title SA1737/54.
