Under section 70 (2) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, appoints the following person to be a trustee of the Hakataramea Racecourse Recreation Reserve:
Donald James McCaw of Hakataramea Valley.
