Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Chief Executive of the Waitakere City Council hereby declares that the part of a recreation reserve described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby exchanged for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Second Schedule
50 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2, D.P. 203953, as was formerly contained in Lot 63, D.P. 44528, part certificate of title 1588/74.
