Under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation, the Waikato District Council notifies the following resolution was passed by the council on 27 November 2001, the Waikato District Council resolves to declare that the pieces of land held in
fee simple by the council and described in the Schedule be declared to be recreation reserve.
