Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that
the said land may be disposed of by the Waikato District Council in such manner, at such price, and on terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from
a sale to be paid into the council's reserves account,
such monies to be used and applied in or towards
the improvement of other reserves under the control of the council.

1265 square metres, more or less, being Lot 57, D.P. S. 10964. Part certificate of title 6A/122 (cancelled).
