Pursuant to sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement in gross for sewerage purposes, as defined in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule to this notice and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
