Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Central Otago District Council at current market value, the proceeds of such sale
to be paid into the council's reserves account, to be used
and applied in or towards the purchase and maintenance of other land as a reserve for a children's playground or public garden in Cromwell.

2024 square metres, more or less, being Sections 5 and 6, Block LXVIII, Town of Cromwell. Certificates of title 331/80 and 331/81.
