Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation
from the Minister of Conservation, the Hutt City Council authorises the exchange of that part of the recreational reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.

331 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 39, D.P. 70460; now shown as "Lot 17" on L.T. Plan 302320, part certificate of title 36A/299, and being part of
the land commonly known as Grimsby Grove Reserve in Wainuiomata, to be exchanged.
Second Schedule
534 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 1, D.P. 30871; now shown as "Lot 16" on L.T. Plan 302320, part certificate of title 58A/917, situated at Upper Fitzherbert Road in Wainuiomata, to be gained by the
Hutt City Council for reserve purposes.
