Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule
to this notice is hereby acquired for a local purpose (neighbourhood) reserve, and further declares the land firstly described is acquired, subject to a right of way, to convey water, to transmit electricity and telecommunications, and to drain sewage and water contained in easement certificate B. 658911.5 and, subject to a right to drain water and sewage in gross created by Transfer B. 658911.6, both parcels of land are vested in the Tauranga District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
