the Reserve be Part of the Maungatapere Hill Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Northland Conservator, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto is a scenic reserve within the meaning of the said Act, further classifies the said reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, and further declares the said reserve to form part of the Maungatapere Hill Scenic Reserve to be administered as
a scenic reserve.

North Auckland Land District-Whangarei District
2.7838 hectares, more or less, being Allotments 272, 273 and 277, Parish of Maungatapere. All certificates of title 56A/1122, 56A/1121 and 58A/1126.
