the Reserve
Under the Conservation Act 1987 and the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East Coast/Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares the conservation areas described in the Schedule to be
a reserve under the Reserves Act 1977, to have the classification as a local purpose (estuarine buffer) reserve, and appoints the Napier City Council to control and manage
the reserve for local purpose (estuarine buffer) purposes.

Hawke's Bay Land District-Napier City
All those pieces of land described as follows:
2.5138 hectares, being Section 1, S.O. 10749.
2358 square metres, being Section 2, S.O. 10749.
