Pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to be set apart as road which shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the
New Zealand Gazette.
