Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of a Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the society on or about the 19th day of February 1992, the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a surplus asset of the society, be vested subject to all encumbrances and interests in Queenstown-Lakes District Council.
No appeal from this decision shall lie unless notice
thereof is delivered within one month after the 22nd day
of November 2002, being the date of the said direction.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1513 square metres, more or less, being Section 1560R, Block XII, Town of Glenorchy, being all the land identified as OT311/246 (Otago Registry).
