Pursuant to section 4 of the Commodity Levies Act 1990 and section 10 of the Commodity Levies (Eggs) Order
1999 and on the recommendation of the 2002 Annual General Meeting of the Egg Producers Federation of
New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe an annual levy of 35 cents per chick on the basis of the sale of chicks to producers by hatcheries during the year 1 January 2003
to 31 December 2003.
This notice will take effect on 1 January 2003.
