1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Dentists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2002 (No. 3) and shall come into force on 15 September 2002. This notice
has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
2. Fees-Pursuant to section 79A of the Dental Act 1988, the Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the council specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Fees inclusive of goods and services tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

1 Temporary registration is restricted in the first instance to 1 year. Applicants are required to apply for an extension at the end of that year (for up to 1 year and a combined total of 3 years).
