1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Physiotherapists (Fees) Notice 2002 and shall come into force on 1 August 2002.
2. Fees-Pursuant to section 29 (c) of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, the Physiotherapy Board sets the fees levies payable to the Board specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Fees inclusive of goods and services tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
4. This notice is a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.

Fees Payable to the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand
Pursuant to section 29 (c) of the Physiotherapy Act 1949, the Board gives notice that the following fee is payable (G.S.T. inclusive), effective from 1 August 2002:
On application for registration:
Under section 10 (b) of the Act $600.00
