1. Title and Commencement-This notice may be cited as the Pharmacist and Pharmacy (Fees) Notice March 2002 and shall come into force on 11 April 2002.
2. Fees-Pursuant to sections 56A and 56C of the Pharmacy Act 1970, the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand sets the following fees payable to the society specified in the Schedule to this notice.
3. Fees Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax-The fees are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax where applicable.

Certificates of Identity and Letters of Good Standing:
