It was resolved at the Annual General Meeting of the
New Zealand Feijoa Growers Association in Auckland on 19 January 2002, that the levy rate for feijoas for the period from the commencement of the levy order and ending on
31 October 2003, to be as follows:
"The levy rate for feijoas sold into the domestic market, the export market, and for processing to be 2% + G.S.T."
