On 5 February 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Christian Mohi Talapa, of 10 Wikitoria Street, Maungatapu, Tauranga, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol (subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1982 Ford Laser motor vehicle, registration No. KP 4780
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
