Trans-Tasman Member to the Takeovers Panel
Pursuant to section 6 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to reappoint
John Collingwood King of Auckland
to be the chairperson of the Takeovers Panel for the period commencing 30 January 2003 and expiring on 7 March 2005; and
Denis Mark Byrne of Queensland, Australia
to be the trans-Tasman member of the Takeovers Panel
for the period commencing 31 January 2003 and expiring on 7 March 2005.
