The Board of Skill New Zealand - Pukenga Aotearoa, pursuant to section 5 of the Industry Training Act 1992 and having consulted with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority, affords recognition to Retail Training
New Zealand Incorporated (trading as Retail Industry Training Organisation) to set standards at Levels 1 to 8 on the National Qualifications Framework for the retail and wholesale industry, effective from 11 June 2002.
