I, Dr Alan Esmond Bollard, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 15 October 2001, I first
became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Manukau Power Limited from the Register
of Companies on 21 July 2000, pursuant to section 318 of
the Companies Act 1993) with rights as grantee under memorandum of transfer No. C. 548464.22, North Auckland Land Registry, which transfer created an electricity easement in gross over the part marked "U" on Deposited Plan 156745, registered against certificate of title 94A/927, North Auckland Land Registry.
