Authority Appointed
Pursuant to section 172 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Kenneth Johnston of Wellington
to be a member of the Employment Relations Authority for a term commencing on 1 February 2002 and ceasing on 31 May 2002.
