Notice is hereby given that on 19 November 2002 at the Blenheim District Court, orders were made against:
Brian James Abernethy to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1997 Nissan Primera, Registration No. AQG766;
Jeremy Dean Marshall to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1978 Holden Kingswood, Registration No. XA4511;
and
Raylene Kara to confiscate the following motor
vehicle:
1984 Honda CRX, Registration No. SN2615.
Any person who has a legal interest in these motor vehicles should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the motor vehicles.
