On 30 January 2002 at the District Court at Tauranga, Bryce Donald Eaton, of 32B Maranui Street, Mt Maunganui, was convicted of the following offence - driving with excess breath alcohol - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
BMW 320I motor vehicle, registration No. RQ 9838
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
