Pursuant to the power vested in the Chief Justice of
New Zealand by section 51B (1) (d) of the Judicature Act 1908, and on the recommendation of the Chief District Court Judge, the Chief Justice of New Zealand has appointed
His Honour Judge Graeme Roderick Joyce, Q.C.
to be a member of the Rules Committee, as from
18 November 2002, for a term of three years.
