I, John Whitehead, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 24 July 2001, I first became aware that the Crown was vested, under section 324 (1) of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of Palmerston North Vehicle Testing Station Limited from
the Register of Companies on 29 May 2000 pursuant to section 318 (1) (e) of the Companies Act 1993) with
rights as mortgagee under mortgage No. B. 694072.2 registered against certificate of title 41D/458, Wellington Land Registry.
