Pursuant to section 9 of the Commerce Act 1986, Her Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased
to appoint
Donal Francis Curtin of Auckland
to be a member of the Commerce Commission for a period of three years commencing on 4 November 2002; and
pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has been pleased to appoint
Shaan Winiata Stevens of Wellington
to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission for a period of three years commencing on 30 October 2002.
