Pursuant to section 11A of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
The Honourable Richard Alexander Heron
to be an acting Judge of the High Court for a term of 1 year commencing on 1 February 2002, a certificate having been signed by the Chief Justice and 3 other permanent Judges of the High Court that in their opinion it is necessary for
the due conduct of the business of the Court that an acting
Judge be appointed.
