Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985
On 16 November 2001 at the District Court at Waihi,
Merle Breuker was convicted of the following offence
- driving with excess breath alcohol (second/subsequent offence) - and in addition to the sentence imposed on her, the Court has ordered that a
1996 Nissan Primera motor vehicle, registration No. ZL 6128
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 84 (4) of the Criminal Justice Act 1985.
