Pursuant to section 128 or 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, on 21 October 2002 at the Tauranga District Court,
Linton James Mossop was convicted of the following offences - refusing to permit blood specimen and driving under the influence of drink or drug - and in addition
to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
Nissan Laurel motor vehicle, Registration No. SB6873
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
