On 1 October 2002 at the Whakatane District Court, an order was made against Kauri Titoki to confiscate the following motor vehicle:
1986 Nissan Bluebird, registration No. MQ5090.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Registrar at the Court urgently as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
