Pursuant to section 4 of the Judicature Act 1908,
Her Excellency the Governor-General, in the name and
on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, has been pleased to appoint
Geoffrey John Venning, Master of the High Court
to be a Judge of the High Court to take effect from
1 November 2002.
