on 10 October 2002 at the Tauranga District Court, Gary Warren Cross, of 4 Te Puke Quarry Road, Te Puke, was convicted of the following offence - dangerous driving - and in addition to the sentence imposed on him, the Court has ordered that a
1986 Honda Prelude motor vehicle, registration No. FRENZI
owned by the above-mentioned defendant, be forfeited
to Her Majesty, pursuant to section 136 of the Sentencing Act 2002.
