Childhood Centre
Pursuant to Regulation 12 (1) (d) (i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 7 November 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Maxine Gribble in respect of Bay of Plenty Polytechnic Childcare Centre (30105), situated at 77 Windermere Drive, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
