Pursuant to section 95 (1) of the Education Act 1989, and acting under delegation from the Minister, I hereby determine the composition of the Carlson School for Cerebral Palsy Board of Trustees.
Membership of the Board
The Carlson School for Cerebral Palsy Board of Trustees shall comprise of:
? no less than three, and no more than seven, parent representatives;
? the principal of the school;
? one staff representative; and
? up to four co-opted trustees.
