Pursuant to section 11 (4) (a) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries, hereby gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Fisheries (Revocation of Pilchard Commercial Catch Limit) Notice 2002.
(2) This notice shall come into force on 1 October 2002.
2. Revocation-The Fisheries (Pilchard Commercial Catch Limit) Notice 2000 (No. F160) is revoked.
