Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the
date of this notice, the approval of the code of ethical conduct of
Farmers Fertiliser Limited (now Nufarm Limited)
which is the same as the approved code of ethical conduct of the University of Auckland.
Notice No. 4337 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette,
31 March 1988, No. 56, page 1322, is hereby revoked.
