Pursuant to sections 96 and 192 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I hereby give notice that I have revoked, on the
date of this notice, the approval of the code of ethical conduct of
MSD Agvet (now Merial New Zealand Limited).
Notice No. 4185 appearing in the New Zealand Gazette,
10 September 1987, No. 152, page 4239, is hereby revoked.
